Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine dining, showcasing exceptional hospitality skills. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This position requires some nights, weekends and some holidays. please only apply if you have availability. Duties Greet guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Toast POS system. Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring presentation meets our culinary standards. Assist with food preparation when necessary, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with dietary restrictions or preferences. Process payments accurately while adhering to basic math skills for cash handling. Skills Experience in fine dining and casual dining environments is preferred. Proficiency with Toast POS system is a plus. Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Knowledge of culinary practices and food preparation techniques. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
