We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented team member to join our front-of-house operations. Role Overview As a Host & Packaging Associate, you will be the first point of contact for customers while also ensuring all takeout and delivery orders are accurately prepared and packaged. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values organization and customer experience. Key Responsibilities Customer Service & Hosting Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Manage waitlists and coordinate seating efficiently Answer phone calls and handle basic customer inquiries Order Packaging & Coordination Accurately package takeout and delivery orders with attention to detail Ensure all items, condiments, and utensils are included Coordinate with kitchen staff to confirm order accuracy and timing Maintain organization of delivery platforms (Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.) Operational Support Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area Restock packaging supplies and utensils as needed Assist with light administrative or support tasks during slower periods Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required
