Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process cash and credit card transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly Demonstrate knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail recipes, and food industry trends to assist guests in making informed choices Support guest relations by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations in a fine dining or casual setting Qualifications Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Experience with beverage service including cocktails, spirits, wine knowledge, and drink presentation Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required; hospitality or guest relations experience is valued Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your enthusiasm fuels memorable experiences!
