Job Description
Join Valiant Hospitality Staffing and work at exciting weddings, galas, corporate events, country clubs, hotels, stadiums, and private celebrations throughout the Tri-State area. We are hiring polished, dependable Event Servers who take pride in delivering excellent service. This is a flexible, event-based position ideal for hospitality professionals who want to choose shifts that fit their availability while gaining experience at a variety of upscale venues.
What You'll Do:
- Set up tables, linens, place settings, buffets, and event spaces
- Provide attentive food and beverage service
- Serve plated meals, hors d'oeuvres, and beverages professionally
- Carry trays and follow proper banquet service techniques
- Clear tables and maintain clean, organized service areas
- Follow instructions from captains, venue managers, and event coordinators
- Assist with breakdown and resetting the venue
- Help create a polished and memorable guest experience
What We're Looking For:
- At least two years of banquet, catering, restaurant, hotel, or event-service experience
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team
- Ability to remain composed in fast-paced event environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely carry trays
- Reliable transportation or a dependable way to reach different venues
- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday events
