As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, providing attentive service, sharing your culinary and beverage knowledge, and creating memorable moments for every guest. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and beverage options. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff. Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktail service, wine pairing, spirits, and beverage upselling to enhance the dining experience. Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all serving areas, including food handling and beverage stations. Assist with food preparation when needed and support kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Build strong guest relations through attentive service, personalized recommendations, and prompt responses to guest inquiries or concerns. Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant setting is required; fine dining experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for order processing and sales transactions. Demonstrated ability in customer service, guest relations, and hospitality roles with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques is desirable. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing tabs confidently. Experience with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures is necessary to ensure compliance with health regulations.
