Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the dining area. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Prepare and sanitize tables before and after guest use. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Provide recommendations on menu items to enhance the dining experience. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred, especially in fine dining establishments. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is highly desirable. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in sales techniques to promote menu items effectively is a plus.
