Overview Join our team as a Server/Busser/Host and become a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a positive first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Clover, ensuring timely processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness in dining areas according to sanitation standards Support the kitchen staff by assisting with basic food handling and food preparation tasks as needed Upsell menu items including specialty drinks or desserts to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Process cash, credit card, and other payment methods accurately while handling cash transactions responsibly Qualifications Previous food service experience in restaurants or dining environments is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Clover POS, or similar platforms is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Join us if you're passionate about hospitality, eager to develop your skills in a lively environment, and ready to make every guest's experience memorable!
