Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take drink orders accurately, and serve with enthusiasm to ensure a positive experience Operate POS systems such as Spot On Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all safety and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar area, glassware, utensils, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations Upsell menu items including specialty drinks and food offerings to enhance sales opportunities Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments and providing correct change Support service operations by bussing tables, assisting in drink preparation when needed, and ensuring guest needs are promptly met Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as bartender, server, or host/hostess is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately Familiarity with beverage service standards including cocktail mixing, spirits knowledge, wine selection, and drink presentation Understanding of food safety protocols and sanitation practices in a taproom environment Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
