Work cards are to be on your person at all times during shift. Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with alcohol awareness training. Always conduct yourself in a manner that reflects a positive, professional image that reflects the Company's best practices. Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do so. Comply with Board of Health Standards as well as current CDC guidelines. Must maintain the Company's personal grooming and uniform standard per your position and the Company's policies. Have knowledge where your MSDS booklet is located in your area. Display knowledge of all emergency procedures. -Maintain a score of 85% or higher on all written exams. -Must have complete knowledge of all food and beverage items including but not limited to ingredients and daily specials and pricing. The ability to use suggestive up-selling (i.e., desserts, appetizers, beverages, etc.). Follow the Company's 4 steps of Service in taking customer's order and accurately input into the P.O.S. system. Serve the table completely, observing guest position and the Company's standards of service. Observe and anticipate guest's needs, keeping beverages filled throughout their meals according to training. Maintain ownership of the table's cleanliness and overall appearance by pre-bussing, bussing and removing debris from tables. Complete assigned side-work in a timely manner and any additional task with a degree of Teamwork. Present check for payment in a timely manner after service and return promptly when tendered, always ensuring that credit card slips are signed.
