Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process cash and credit card transactions accurately while handling cash handling responsibilities with integrity Upsell menu items such as premium beverages or desserts to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food handling and food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting overall restaurant operations Experience Prior food service experience in a restaurant setting, preferably with fine dining or hospitality environments Knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for processing sales transactions Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and guest satisfaction Experience with beverage service including cocktail preparation, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and open table reservations management Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and calculating bills or tips Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in roles such as host/hostess or bussing is advantageous but not required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality!
