Job Description
Job Summary We are on the lookout for a friendly and energetic Full-Time Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a server, you'll be the face of our establishment, creating memorable dining experiences through excellent customer service and attentive care. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Process cash transactions accurately and handle credit card payments with attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Assist with beverage service including wine knowledge, spirits experience, cocktail preparation, and open table reservations. Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries or special requests, fostering positive guest relations. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred; fine dining experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable. Strong customer service skills with an ability to connect with diverse guests. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and managing cash accurately. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
