Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant restaurant team. As a Server, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional guest experiences through attentive service, expert menu knowledge, and a welcoming attitude. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable dining moments for our guests while ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a lively environment that values teamwork, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Must be available Friday and Saturday, with some Mondays Wine knowledge a plus, but not required Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Provide detailed menu descriptions, including wine options, to enhance guest experience Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Process transactions efficiently, handling cash, credit cards, and POS payments accurately Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining settings Strong knowledge of POS systems- we specifically use square. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle inquiries professionally Knowledge of wine of a plus, but not required Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service periods Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Familiarity with food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Join us if you're passionate about hospitality and eager to deliver memorable dining experiences!
