Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently in a fast-paced setting Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and presentation support Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times Manage table settings, cleanliness, and overall dining area presentation to uphold high standards of hospitality Support catering and banquet events by coordinating service flow and guest needs Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit Experience Prior experience in fine dining or food industry settings is highly desirable Strong background in customer service, serving, or hospitality roles with a focus on guest satisfaction Experience with food preparation, catering, banquet service or as a dietary aide is advantageous Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service enhances your versatility in this role Previous restaurant experience demonstrating excellent communication skills and teamwork Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality combined with a positive attitude and energetic approach
