Duties Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems , ensuring timely and correct processing of sales transactions Serve food and drinks efficiently, while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments swiftly, and give correct change while adhering to cash handling procedures Assist with food preparation, food safety practices, sanitation standards, and food handling protocols to ensure a safe dining environment Support team members by bussing tables, resetting stations, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to promote guest satisfaction Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, resolve concerns promptly, and foster positive guest relations Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of the food industry standards Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices within the hospitality industry Exceptional guest service skills with a friendly attitude and strong communication abilities Basic math skills for processing sales transactions accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities Previous nightclub or fine dining experience is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Join us as a Server Team Member where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
