Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS systems Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately, including sales upselling strategies like wine or cocktail recommendations Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through proper food handling, bussing tables, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation tasks when necessary to support kitchen operations Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including spirits, wines, and specialty cocktails using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Requirements Experience is preferred but not necessary.
