Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our culinary team. Duties As a Kitchen Team Member, your responsibilities will include: Assisting in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and cooking various ingredients. Ensuring all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces. Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Utilizing kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and other culinary tools. Supporting the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary requirements when necessary.

Experience Ideal candidates will possess:

Previous experience in food service or a restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Basic knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques. Familiarity with culinary terms and practices is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a busy kitchen setting.
