Set up and break down dining rooms, event spaces, and service stations according to client specifications. Serve plated multi-course meals, wine, cocktails, and passed hors d'oeuvres with professionalism and attention to detail. Anticipate guest needs while maintaining a polished, discreet, and professional presence. Handle fine china, crystal glassware, silverware, and premium service equipment with care. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout each event. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hospitality service standards. Work collaboratively with captains, chefs, and fellow event staff to ensure flawless event execution. Qualifications We're looking for hospitality professionals who have: At least 2 years of hospitality experience (required) Minimum 1 year of banquet, catering, or fine dining experience (required) Experience in luxury hospitality, country clubs, upscale restaurants, hotels, private clubs, catering, or private events strongly preferred Knowledge of formal table service, banquet service, wine service, and fine dining etiquette A polished, professional appearance suitable for luxury hospitality environments Excellent communication and guest service skills The ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced, high-end event settings A commitment to discretion and confidentiality while working in private residences and exclusive venues Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation to designated meeting locations preferred Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to perform the essential functions of the role, including standing for extended periods, walking, bending, reaching, carrying trays, and lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation.
