Summary As a Server at Bocca Grande Italian Steakhouse, you will be an essential part of our dining experience, delivering exceptional service to our guests. Located in a welcoming environment, this role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Qualifications Previous experience as a server Strong culinary knowledge with an emphasis on food handling and safety standards. Excellent guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash. Time management skills to efficiently serve multiple tables during busy periods. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
