Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as TOAST POS, ensuring precise processing of sales transactions. Present menus confidently, highlighting specials and upselling premium wines, spirits, and cocktails to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Assist guests with wine pairings, cocktail recommendations, and beverage service to elevate their meal. Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times in accordance with food safety standards. Clear tables efficiently, bus tables as needed, and support kitchen staff with basic food preparation or plating when required. Manage cash handling accurately and process transactions smoothly using POS systems like OpenTable or other restaurant management tools. Maintain guest relations by providing attentive service, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit. Support team members with duties such as host/hostess responsibilities or assisting with food prep during busy periods to ensure seamless service flow. Experience Previous fine dining or upscale restaurant experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is essential. Demonstrated expertise in serving alcohol responsibly, including spirits knowledge and cocktail experience. Proficiency with POS systems such as

; experience with RESY is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
