Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus, and assist with food and beverage selections to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bar team Serve food and beverages efficiently, including cocktails, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks, maintaining high standards of presentation and safety Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and managing tabs via OpenTable or similar reservation systems Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while providing personalized recommendations based on guest preferences Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables promptly and assisting with food handling and food safety protocols Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Requirements Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is desirable Strong knowledge of beverage service including cocktails, wine, spirits, and drink presentation techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Ability to manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization skills Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and handling cash safely Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences!
