Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing a welcoming and professional first impression Take accurate food and beverage orders using Clover POS system ensuring clarity and attention to detail Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and ensuring guest satisfaction Offer expert recommendations on wine pairings, spirits, cocktails, and menu items to enhance the dining experience Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities while respecting guest preferences Process cash and credit transactions efficiently, accurately handling cash handling and sales transaction processing Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including proper food handling and beverage service procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any special dietary needs or requests Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly for the next guests, and supporting host/hostess duties as needed Demonstrate excellent guest relations by anticipating needs, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience for every guest Experience Proven experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments with a strong background in food service or hospitality Familiarity with POS systems Knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, cocktail preparation, and beverage service techniques including drink presentation standards Prior experience with food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures in a restaurant setting Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy and slower periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation, cash handling, and sales transactions processing Experience in upselling menu items to increase sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment that values hospitality excellence Join us in delivering extraordinary dining experiences where every detail counts!
