•12:00 AM (Midnight) As part of our team, you'll prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and help create a welcoming experience for every guest. We're looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in food quality and presentation, and is comfortable assisting with both kitchen duties and customer service. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, poaching stations, braising pots, and food production machinery. Maintain strict food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient selection and dish presentation to enhance guest satisfaction. Serve guests with professionalism and enthusiasm, taking orders accurately and delivering exceptional customer service. Support dietary department needs by understanding dietary restrictions and ensuring proper food handling practices. Contribute to high-volume production during busy service times while maintaining quality and consistency in every dish. Experience Previous food industry experience in a restaurant or catering setting is highly preferred.. Knowledge of food safety management, sanitizing procedures, and food handling regulations is essential. Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail is key. Experience with recipe adherence and meal preparation ensures consistency across all menu offerings.
