Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling food orders and transactions. This role requires a strong focus on food safety, sanitation, and maintaining a clean work environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately using Skytab POS system Prepare and serve food items in accordance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines. Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and register operations. Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and cleaning surfaces as needed. Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as required, ensuring all items meet quality standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food. Skills Bilingual is a must! But not require. Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, including quick service & fast food settings. Familiarity with Skytab POS system is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with an emphasis on communication and interpersonal interactions. Ability to upsell menu items through effective sales techniques. Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations, including retail math knowledge. Understanding of food handling practices, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations. Culinary experience or kitchen experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
