Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Full Time Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver outstanding food and beverage service in a lively, upscale setting, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Your enthusiasm, culinary knowledge, and excellent customer service skills will help create a warm and inviting atmosphere for our residents and visitors. Duties Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and serve food and beverages promptly Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation areas, dining spaces, and beverage stations following food safety regulations. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed. Foster positive guest relations by delivering attentive service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring guest comfort throughout their visit. Skills Strong knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Culinary experience or restaurant background with fine dining or nightclub experience preferred. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Knowledge of wine pairing, spirits, cocktail mixing, and beverage service techniques. Ability to process sales transactions accurately while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
