Full-Time / Part-Time Job Description We are seeking polished, charismatic, and attentive Servers to join the front-of-house team at our high-end supper club and cigar bar in the Scottdale, PA area. In this role, you will do much more than take orders—you will act as a primary host, guiding guests through an elevated multi-course dining and lounge experience with absolute grace, detail, and charm.

Key Responsibilities:

Five-Star Service Execution:

Deliver seamless, anticipatory table service across our dinner shifts, weekend brunches, and private events.

Menu & Pairing Fluency:

Maintain an expert command of our rotating seasonal menus, fine wines, cocktail lists, and cigar pairings to expertly guide guest selections.

Interactive Hospitality:

Create a warm, engaging, and memorable environment. (Special consideration given to candidates comfortable incorporating live singing or entertainment into the guest experience).

POS & Table Management:

Efficiently manage ordering, seat tracking, and payment processing using systems like Toast and OpenTable.

Seamless Teamwork:

Work closely with the culinary team, bartenders, and innkeeping staff, stepping in willingly to ensure smooth, flawless service even during the busiest rushes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

RAMP Certification:

Current Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certification is strictly required.

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of serving experience in an upscale dining, fine-dining, or high-end lounge environment.

Presentation & Poise:

Impeccable professional presentation, exceptional communication skills, and a natural instinct for hospitality.

Adaptability:

Comfort working in a fast-paced environment that transitions smoothly from intimate dinner services to lively brunch and event rushes.

Performance Bonus:

Background in vocal performance, musical theater, or entertainment is strongly welcomed and viewed as a distinct asset for our supper club format.

Supper Club Dynamics, Dress Code & Service Standards:

Flawless execution of timing, synchronization, and theatrical flair inherent to classic supper club culture. Exceptional capability in handling high-net-worth clientele with discretion, elegance, and genuine warmth.

Dress Code & Uniform:

Clean, polished presentation is strictly required. No visible tattoos are preferred, and strict adherence to required uniform compliance will be discussed and enforced upon hire.
