ABOUT THE DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE

The Server position is responsible for pleasantly, attentively and professionally serving prepared meals in a compassionate and highly engaging manner. This isn't your standard Server position. We want excellent culinary staff that are eager to take the experience of dining to the next level. Our Servers know that their role is important to the client's healing experience while they are here; they are warm, open, and highly relational. If you are passionate about creating a very hospitable and inviting experience for guests, then let's talk! This role dishes food to clients, cleans up client's plates and glasses so they don't have to, and works to ensure that all food looks great! IDEAL EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE

That said, we believe that candidates with the following backgrounds will be well-suited to succeed in this role: High school graduate or equivalent preferred Experience in food service, ideally in high-end settings, is preferred.
