A collaboration between Oldham Hospitality and Benton's Smoky Mountain Country Hams , Sharons' Half Day serves handcrafted breakfast and lunch favorites featuring scratch-made biscuits, artisan country ham, locally roasted coffee, and genuine East Tennessee hospitality. We're looking for friendly, energetic people who love serving others and creating memorable guest experiences. What You'll Do As a Front of House Guest Service Team Member, you'll help create an exceptional experience from the moment guests walk through our doors.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting guests with genuine Southern hospitality Taking food and beverage orders accurately Delivering meals promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction Answering menu questions and making recommendations Preparing dining areas before, during, and after service Maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant Working alongside our kitchen and coffee teams to ensure smooth service Helping create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for guests and teammates alike We're Looking For Someone Who Loves working with people Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Is dependable and punctual Works well as part of a team Takes pride in providing outstanding guest service Is available to work weekends, especially Sundays Previous restaurant experience is appreciated but not required—we're happy to train people with the right attitude and hospitality mindset.
