Duties Efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Clear and reset tables swiftly, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service Assist with bussing tables by removing used dishes, glassware, and silverware, preparing the space for new guests Support food safety protocols by handling food properly and adhering to sanitation standards Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including sweeping, wiping surfaces, and restocking supplies as needed Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS to coordinate orders and service flow Assist with light food preparation tasks when necessary, supporting overall restaurant operations Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of food handling safety practices and proper manual handling techniques for heavy lifting are highly valued Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting, manual handling, and standing for extended periods Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided Familiarity with food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques enhances your suitability for this role A positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and a team-oriented mindset are key to success Join us in creating exceptional dining experiences!
