Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets quality standards while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area. Assist with bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining a tidy environment to support efficient food service operations. Manage time effectively during busy periods to deliver quick service without compromising quality or customer satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or retail math is highly desirable; culinary or restaurant experience is a plus. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly. Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in a quick service or fast-food restaurant setting. Capable of multitasking efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic kitchen experience or café background is advantageous; retail math skills are helpful for sales upselling opportunities.
