Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for friendly and attentive Servers to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you'll be the face of our restaurant, providing guests with an enjoyable and memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, offering recommendations when appropriate. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Serve food, cocktails, wine, and other beverages efficiently while maintaining proper drink service standards. Process cash and credit transactions accurately, including upselling to enhance sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all serving areas, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Assist with food handling and preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff. Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus. Strong knowledge of beverage service, spirits, wine, and cocktail preparation. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for processing sales transactions and handling cash accurately. Good understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.
