We're looking for a dependable and motivated Support Staff Team Member to join our Front of House Team. Responsibilities Greet all guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude. Welcome guests upon arrival and thank them as they leave. Answer questions regarding menus, hours, services, and restaurant policies. Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management when appropriate. Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating assignments. Accurately estimate wait times and communicate updates to guests. Balance server sections to ensure efficient service. Coordinate seating to maximize dining room capacity while maintaining guest satisfaction. Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff regarding table availability and guest needs. Assist team members during busy periods. Support smooth restaurant operations through effective teamwork and collaboration. Ensure the host stand remains organized and professional. Answer incoming phone calls professionally. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, entrance, and waiting areas. Monitor dining room activity and assist with resetting tables when needed. Qualifications No prior experience required; restaurant experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness. Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
