Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, present menus confidently, and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and drinks to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Upsell menu items to maximize sales while maintaining genuine guest engagement Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to food safety standards Assist with food handling, sanitation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Support opening or closing procedures including cash handling, POS transactions, and sanitation protocols Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable for reservations management Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty Ability to multitask efficiently with superb time management in a fast-paced setting Culinary experience or kitchen background is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standards Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices to ensure a safe dining environment Effective communication skills for guest interactions, team collaboration, and upselling opportunities Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and bill splitting with accuracy Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences through exceptional service!
