Guests come from around the region and country due to the quality of our food and hospitality. Position Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve breakfast and dinner, mix of shifts to accommodate busy schedules. Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance the dining experience. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while ensuring presentation standards are met. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Handle food safely and adhere to all food handling regulations. Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and communication. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively assist guests. Qualifications Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a passion for providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of food handling practices is beneficial. Experience with sales techniques, including upselling, is a plus.
