Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling specials to enhance their experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks with professionalism maintaining high standards of presentation and hospitality Process cash and card transactions efficiently while handling cash handling duties with accuracy and integrity Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including food handling, bussing tables, and supporting food safety protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service, supporting overall restaurant operations Engage with guests to foster positive guest relations, address inquiries promptly, and ensure their satisfaction throughout their visit Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments Proficiency with POS systems for sales transaction processing Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates welcoming atmospheres Culinary experience or food industry background is preferred to better assist guests with menu selections Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in serving or hosting roles that involve guest relations and hospitality excellence We're excited to welcome passionate individuals ready to deliver outstanding guest experiences every day!
