Westchester, IL Workplace type : Hybrid Make an Impact Ingredion is looking for a highly analytical and curious Associate Total Rewards Analyst to join our Total Rewards team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and supporting key compensation and benefits initiatives that impact employees across the United States and Canada. As an Associate Total Rewards Analyst, you will support Total Rewards programs through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives across compensation, benefits, recognition, and equity administration. You will partner closely with HR and business stakeholders while developing expertise in Total Rewards practices and analytics. This role reports to the Global Director, Total Rewards.

What will you do:

Provide analytical support for compensation programs across the United States and Canada. Review and analyze compensation data to support job evaluations, offer reviews, and internal equity decisions. Assist with annual compensation processes, including merit increases, incentive plans, and long-term incentive programs. Support regulatory and compliance-related projects, including pay transparency and wage compliance initiatives. Partner with global service centers to improve processes and enhance reporting capabilities. Support benefits initiatives such as annual enrollment activities, retirement plan audits, and committee preparation. Develop, maintain, and enhance reporting tools, dashboards, and data analyses that support Total Rewards decision-making.

What you will bring:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Economics, or another quantitative field. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and data manipulation. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English. Authorization to work in the United States. Sponsorship is not available for this position.
