Benefits Administrator:
Manage employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, life insurance, disability, and wellness offerings. Evaluate benefits utilization, benchmark plans, and recommend program enhancements. Lead annual open enrollment, benefits orientation, and employee education initiatives. Maintain compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and related regulations. Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate deductions, reporting, ACA filings, and leave system administration. Serve as the primary liaison with benefits carriers while maintaining accurate records and processes. Qualifications for the
Benefits Administrator:
Minimum 2 years of Benefits Administration experience. Knowledge of health, retirement, life, and disability benefit programs. Strong understanding of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, and related compliance requirements. High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. SHRM-CP or
SHRM-SCP
