SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Program Assistant II assists the Family Resource Youth Services Center (FRYSC) Program Coordinator with the identi�ication and coordination of school and community services to meet the needs of children and families in order to reduce or eliminate barriers to learning and to promote success in school.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES & EVALUATION CRITERIA
Works closely with the FRYSC Program Coordinator to coordinate activities and assure compliance with program and district reporting and evaluation requirements. Performs responsible duties in support of the FRYSC Program at school site level Promotes the establishment of positive working relationships with students, parents, school staff, and community agency personnel Serves as a liaison between home, school, and public and private resources continually striving to maintain positive communication Assists in the design and maintenance of program components, goals, and objectives tailored to meet the needs of students and families Assists in the evaluation and monitoring of program components including goals, objectives, tasks, and timelines Completes all trainings and other compliance requirements as assigned by the designated deadline Performs other duties assigned by the teacher, Principal, and/or Superintendent or his/her designee

he work is primarily sedentary. The work requires the use of hands for simple grasping and �ine manipulations. The work at times requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, reaching, with the ability to lift, carry, push or pull light weights.
W ARREN COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS T ERMS OF EMPLOYMENT N
umber of days worked will be determined by the current school calendar adopted by the Warren County Board of Education. Salary shall be commensurate with adopted classi�ied personnel salary schedule. Leave accrual will be as stated in Board Policy
EVALUATION
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with the provision of Warren County Board of Education policy on evaluation of classi�ied/certi�ied personnel.
