Job Overview This position has responsibility to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Benefit Solutions service line, providing a high level of customer service, and ensuring that administrative processes are conducted in accordance with company policy. Position will be located in Hopkinsville, Kentucky.

Duties:

Provides monthly reports to Benefit Solutions clients on services rendered, pertinent clinical data, and benefit of programming. Assists in development of high-quality presentations to companies upon request. Creates and maintains office spreadsheets and databases, entering data as required, and assisting with the production of charts, graphs and statistics. Coordinates with, managers, directors, physicians, service line coordinators, coders, and staff members to ensure the accuracy of data, identify trends and improve clinical quality outcomes. Education Qualifications College degree, business or computer sciences technical desirable with a minimum of five years' experience in a health care environment or business related field Required Equivalent combination of education and experience
