Workday Compensation Consultant - Hybrid#26-08651 Minneapolis, MN Charlotte, NC Onsite Contract Starts 9/10/2026 Ends 1/08/2027 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Workday Compensation Consultant for a hybrid position (3 days onsite per week required) with a Global Financial Institution located in Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC. This is a 4+ month contract opportunity. This individual will partner with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design solutions, and develop proof-of-concept configurations within the client's Advanced Compensation environment to validate functionality and business fit. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for optimizing business processes and enhancing the user experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead the analysis and design of automated merit increase enhancements within Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation), delivering scalable solutions that align with business objectives and provide an intuitive, high-quality user experience Partner with stakeholders to document andmunicate business processes, requirements, data flows, and user experiences through clear and effective artifacts Drive planning, coordination, configuration, and testing activities to support successful product delivery and implementation Create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly define business needs and support Agile delivery teams Track work, dependencies, and progress within Jira and Agile delivery frameworks to ensure transparent and effective execution Mentor and influence team members by sharing expertise, providing guidance, and promoting best practices across the product team

Requirements:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience Deep expertise in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration Demonstrated experience in the design, configuration, and administration of Workday Compensation Review (Advanced Compensation) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Desired skills: Experience with Business Requirement Documents Experience with End to End Testing Pay range: $43.13 - $51.13 per hour Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
