hours per day $20 to $25 per hour, DOE Medical, In-house Dental, Vision, PTO, Sick, Holiday, and 401k (4% match) Responsibilities Insurance Coordinator for multi-doctor general dentistry office Insurance Verification & Eligibility

Verify INN and OON benefits, eligibility, and patient coverage. Claims & Pre-Authorization Management
Submit insurance claims and pre-authorizations, monitor claim status, and follow up on all claims aging past 30 days. Posting insurance payments. Preparing treatment plans that have pre-authorization. Scan EOB's and pre-auth's into patient charts. Insurance Denials & Appeals
Research denied claims and prepare/submit appeals as needed. Patient Insurance & Financial Communication
Communicate clearly and professionally with patients regarding insurance benefits, coverage, treatment estimates, and/or financial responsibilities. Front Desk Support
Assist with front desk operations, including patient check-in/check-out, scheduling, phone calls, and other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications Required Minimum of two years of insurance coordination experience Experience working with both in-network and out-of-network dental insurance benefits High School Diploma or equivalent Nice to Have Qualifications Minimum of two years' experience is required Experience with in/out of network insurance benefits Knowledge of Eaglesoft Dental Software
