full-time About the Opportunity A People & Culture team is seeking a Senior Benefits Associate to take ownership of benefits administration and support the ongoing development of our US and Canadian benefits programs. This is an excellent opportunity to join a small, collaborative team where you'll have significant responsibility, visibility with senior Total Rewards leadership, and the ability to make an immediate impact. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily administration of health, welfare, retirement, and other benefit programs for employees in the US and Canada. Act as a key resource for employees, HR partners, and benefits providers Manage benefits throughout the employee lifecycle Support administration of wellness and voluntary programs Partner closely with Payroll to review benefit elections, payroll deductions, and carrier enrollment records Work directly with carriers, brokers, partners, retirement plan providers, and other vendors Maintain accurate documentation and audit records related to benefit elections, adjustments, corrections, and other plan activity Coordinate the annual open enrollment process Maintain accurate benefits information within the HRIS and ensure data remains consistent Prepare benefits-related reporting and analysis Qualifications 4-6 years of hands-on experience in benefits administration Experience working with an HRIS and benefits administration platforms Strong understanding of US employee benefits
