Position Goal:

To oversee our comprehensive insurance and benefits programs. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our employees by managing and optimizing our insurance offerings, retirement plans, and other employee benefits. You will also manage school district property/liability insurance and assist with workers' compensation claims. Your experience and expertise will contribute to attracting and retaining top talent while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Required Qualifications:

To effectively perform the job at the time of hire, an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered. Experience in benefits administration and insurance management. Knowledge of IRS Section 125 benefit plan. Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations governing employee benefits. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Detail oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines in a fast paced, high volume role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Highly desired education, training, and/or experience that may be helpful in performing the job, if applicable. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Current knowledge of workers' comp policies (reporting, payroll, waiting periods, FMLA). Knowledge of tort claim/legal processes and contacts with CCMSI. Knowledge of ACA data entry and IRS rules/regulations for reporting 1095C.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $62,900.00 per year
