Northeast Benefits Management is seeking an analytical professional to help support and grow our employee benefits compliance and plan document practice. While the role includes preparing Section 125 Cafeteria Plan and ERISA Wrap Plan documents, the real opportunity is to become a trusted resource for employers, brokers, and colleagues on employee benefits compliance matters. The successful candidate will learn how benefit plans work, help clients navigate compliance requirements, answer questions regarding plan design and administration, and build lasting client relationships. Over time, they will take ownership of an established service line by conducting client outreach, identifying compliance needs, and helping employers keep documents and compliance programs up to date. We are looking for someone who enjoys learning, asks thoughtful questions, connects information from multiple sources, and takes initiative. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, professional communication skills, and an interest in understanding how employee benefit plans work. Employee benefits experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. More important is the ability to learn new concepts, think independently, and take ownership of responsibilities. Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 17.5 - 40.0 per week
