3005084017-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to design, optimize, and govern compensation programs that attract and retain top talent across our manufacturing operations and corporate functions. In this strategic HR role, you will lead job evaluation, market pricing, and salary structure design; model pay scenarios; and advise leaders on offers, promotions, and variable pay. You'll ensure pay equity, compliance, and alignment with our people-first philosophy, partnering closely with HR, Talent Management, and Finance to support growth, workforce planning, and continuous improvement in a safety-focused, collaborative culture. Responsibilities Lead design and governance of compensation programs for manufacturing and corporate functions. Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and salary benchmarking to maintain competitive pay. Develop, maintain, and refine salary structures, pay ranges, and job families/levels. Advise HR, Talent Management, and business leaders on offers, promotions, and pay decisions. Model compensation scenarios and provide insights to support workforce and financial planning. Monitor and analyze pay equity, internal alignment, and regulatory compliance. Lead annual compensation planning cycles, including merit, bonus, and structure adjustments. Leverage data and analytics to assess program effectiveness and recommend improvements. Partner with Talent Management on career frameworks and progression paths. Educate HR partners and managers on compensation philosophy, policies, and tools.
