Job Description

The Manager, Total Rewards is responsible for the strategic leadership, administration, and continuous improvement of Tuskegee University's employee benefits and total rewards programs. This role is tasked with ensuring that the University's benefits offerings are competitive, compliant, and effectively support employee well-being and retention. The Manager will oversee the relationship and daily work of the OneDigital HR Consulting staff to optimize benefits operations and service delivery. This role serves as the primary strategic and operational lead for the University's retirement programs administered through

TIAA CREF

, benefits and payroll integration via PrimePay, the employee self-service and enrollment experience through the Navigator Benefit Portal, and all associated compliance activities, including the annual 5500 audit and submission.
