32751 Leads the development and implementation of Provider Compensation philosophy, guiding principles, citizenship metrics, and quality metrics. Collaborates with executive management and legal counsel on interpreting existing compensation plans. Serves as the industry expert, staying updated on changes in the provider compensation marketplace and proposing necessary adjustments. Designs standardized approaches for Provider Compensation methodology for both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. Develops and supervises physician compensation models, including planning acquisitions and service line development. Conducts annual analytical reviews of each employed provider's pay structure to ensure fair market value. Identifies opportunities to standardize and improve the accuracy of physician compensation metrics and calculations. Analyzes provider compensation calculations and the impact of potential performance target achievements. Identifies areas of potential risk and low performance, coordinating action plans with leadership. Other duties as assigned.
