This is an opportunity to bring fresh vision, energy, and leadership to ministries with a strong foundation - including engaging spaces, committed volunteers, paid university interns, and a history of meaningful experiences such as VBS, camps, mission trips, and service opportunities. We're looking for a relational, spiritually mature, proactive leader who loves building genuine relationships with children, students, families, and volunteers. You'll have the opportunity to shape a unified vision for children's and youth ministry, equip volunteers, oversee interns, strengthen connections with families, create meaningful faith experiences, and become an active presence in the Salina community.
