Providing Customer Service Close Renewal / New Group files - ready for filing, make sure check list is complete Month End Procedures for renewing groups Preparing and sending Thank You Letters Intercepting and processing applications and change forms Processing Individual Health Applications/Quoting Marketing New Accounts and Renewals, handling all carrier correspondence Preparing New Account and Renewal Proposals Assistance with submission of New Business and follow up on outstanding requirements Preparing AORs and forwarding to carriers Skills & Experience to be

Successful:
