Job Description

Clinical Director / BCBA | Fayetteville, NC $140,000-$160,000 Total Earning Potential (Base Salary + Bonus Potential) Relocation Assistance Available Ready to move beyond managing your own caseload and make an impact on an entire clinical team? Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Clinical Director / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our Fayetteville, NC clinical team. This is a senior clinical leadership opportunity for a BCBA who wants to develop clinicians, strengthen clinical quality, influence organizational growth, and create an environment where both children and clinical professionals can thrive. You'll lead and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs while partnering closely with our Regional Clinical Director and operational leadership. Compensation $140,000-$160,000 Total Earning Potential (Base Salary + Bonus Potential) Total earning potential includes base salary plus applicable performance-based bonus opportunities. Competitive $140K-$160K total earning potential Relocation assistance available Direct leadership responsibility and the opportunity to shape clinical culture Support from a Regional Clinical Director and operational leadership Opportunity to mentor and develop BCBAs and future clinical leaders Performance-based bonus opportunities CEU and professional development support Administrative and operational support Opportunities for continued leadership advancement Meaningful opportunity to influence both client outcomes and team success What You'll Do Lead, mentor, and develop the Fayetteville clinical team Provide clinical leadership and support to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs Oversee clinical quality, treatment integrity, client progress, and ethical service delivery Support behavioral assessments, treatment planning, data analysis, and complex clinical cases Coach clinicians and help develop future clinical leaders Monitor clinical documentation, treatment quality, and performance expectations Partner with the Regional Clinical Director and operational leadership on staffing, caseload management, service delivery, and clinical performance Support onboarding, training, retention, and professional development of clinical team members Identify and address barriers affecting client care and clinical performance Support responsible client growth and continuity of care while maintaining clinical quality Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload and productivity expectations based on current clinical and operational needs Ensure adherence to BACB standards, payer requirements, applicable regulations, and organizational policies Performance Bonus Opportunities The Clinical Director may be eligible for performance-based bonuses tied to established organizational metrics, including areas such as new-client growth and direct-therapy productivity . Bonus compensation is not guaranteed and is governed by the applicable company bonus program, eligibility requirements, and performance criteria. What We're Looking For Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field Ability to meet applicable North Carolina requirements for assigned services and supervision Significant ABA clinical experience Previous clinical leadership, management, or supervisory experience strongly preferred Experience developing and mentoring clinical professionals Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based, ethical ABA practices Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to balance clinical excellence, team development, client needs, and operational priorities Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays CEU and professional development support Paid training and onboarding Leadership development and advancement opportunities Your Next Leadership Opportunity At Autism Center of Excellence, our mission is to help children with autism achieve independence and gain confidence by providing best-in-class ABA services.
