Month Contract Job Description:
Provide experienced, hands-on support across U.S. Benefits activities during a period of significant transformation and organizational change. The successful candidate will independently manage Benefits workstreams and complex transition-related activities while partnering with Total Rewards, HR, Payroll, Legal, HR Operations, external advisors, brokers, and benefit vendors. The candidate will quickly understand the operating environment, take ownership of deliverables, drive activities independently, and escalate issues appropriately with limited day-to-day supervision.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate employee benefits transitions, vendor implementations, data validation, and employee communications. Maintain project plans, risks, dependencies, and key deliverables; proactively drive actions through completion. Support U.S. Benefits transformation initiatives, including retirement and 401(k) implementation and transition activities. Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Legal, HR Operations, business and project teams, brokers, and benefit vendors. Prepare concise status updates, identify risks, and escalate issues requiring leadership decisions. Independently manage Benefits workstreams related to business transformation, organizational changes, workforce transitions, and other complex projects. Provide hands-on support across the broader U.S. Benefits portfolio as priorities require.
Qualifications:
Experience supporting employee benefits programs, implementations, and transitions, preferably within U.S. Benefits. Knowledge of retirement and 401(k) plans and related implementation or transition activities. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering with HR, Payroll, Legal, brokers, and benefits vendors. Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to provide clear status updates and escalate risks appropriately.
